Apex Content is a home furnishings brand specialising in handcrafted ottomans, poufs, and accent chairs upholstered in artist-designed fabrics. We sell directly to customers worldwide through our online store.

3. Products

All products are handcrafted and upholstered by artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, minor variations in fabric placement, colour tone, and dimensions (±2 cm) may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however slight colour differences may appear depending on your screen settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age

- All information provided is accurate and complete

- You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We accept payment via PayPal, credit/debit card, and Skrill. Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Europe: 5–10 business days

- Middle East: 7–14 business days

- Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Apex Content is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

- Item must be unused and in its original condition

- Item must be returned in original packaging

- You must contact us at hello@apex-contents.com before returning any item

Non-returnable items:

- Custom or made-to-order pieces

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

- Items returned after 30 days

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damage

- A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in production or dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs — is the property of Apex Content and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
